It is quite simple actually.

We have two programs:

The corporate client supplies us with a list of names, addresses and birthdays. This can be a list of customers and/or employees. With that list we offer two services:

1. A five day reminder prior to the birthday (or special occasion) at which time the client chooses what gift to send.

2. A credit card is kept on file. Gifts from the Heart then sends a gift basket to the individual celebrating the occasion. The gift can be preselected and price capped to ensure that the client is not charged more than he/she wants to spend.
